Bought 2 sets. Received on 15th July (Friday). 1 set I immediately inform Customer Service got weird sound. Then test it on Saturday, and take the video. Monday 18 July send video to customer Service and requested meto fill up form. All done, Product send for Warranty Service on 19th July (Tuesday) (1 time usage). Customer Service mentioned repaired due to the cartridge inside move abit making the unit to be intermittent on and off. Further testing of 24hrs. 1 week later, 25th July – still waiting.
I request what reason this happens, Customer Service responded to it via WhatsApp, but deleted the message before I can even read it. Makes me wonder what is wrong? Then just mentioned is Guarantee new and not returned item by others.
I was hoping, since I just use for 1 day, probably can immediately make a swap when I hand carry send over to the Service Centre, rather than keep waiting.
